D4.1 Pilot Results and Adjusted IBERO4JOBS Methodology

In this phase of the project, delegates from Ibero-American universities carried out several activities, such as: (1) attending a three-month online training program related to the latest trends in methodologies used for articulation with the productive sector, (2) spending two weeks at European institutions learning about their best practices and relationships with companies, and (3) members of Latin American universities prepared a document and a toolkit that included the working methodology to be implemented in the pilot program.

Project Updates

In this phase of the project, delegates from Ibero-American universities carried out several activities, such as: (1) attending a three-month online training program related to the latest trends in methodologies used for articulation with the productive sector, (2) spending two weeks at European institutions learning about their best practices and relationships with companies, and (3) members of Latin American universities prepared a document and a toolkit that included the working methodology to be implemented in the pilot program.

D2.1 “Institutional Diagnosis Analysis” is presented

D2.1, "Institutional Diagnosis Analysis," is presented, establishing the baseline from which to begin our future action plans. For the design and development of this strategic deliverable, we began with the main conclusions and agreements reached during the kick-off meeting (WP1), project requirements, and also from project follow-up meetings. We do this by focusing on the strengths and best practices we have identified in our ecosystem (Ibero-America and Europe) in terms of university-business-society relations, as well as on what the different target groups have been telling us, their needs, interests, and overall vision. We opted for a participatory and inclusive research model, and our main concern during the development of D2.1 was that all voices were heard.

Digital book - Systematization of experiences

The systematization of experiences presented in this document was built from the scaling process of the adjusted Ibero4Jobs methodology. This allowed the recovery of lessons learned and good practices in the relationship between four Latin American universities and the productive sector in favor of the employability of students and graduates, based on the resolution of challenges and the strengthening of soft skills. IBERO4JOBS was an international project financed by the European Union (Erasmus+ CapacityBulding in Higher Education - Strand 2), whose objective was to improve the employability of Ibero-American students through partnerships between the productive sector and academia.
