Ibero-American Learning Community
Ibero4Jobs
"Promoting student employability, educational innovation and sustainable growth in the regions."
Who are we?
The Ibero-American Learning Community Ibero4Jobs arises from the Ibero4Jobs project "Universities of Ibero-America weaving ties with the business sector", a project funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program. It is made up of representatives from partner universities and entities with the aim of exchanging best practices, systematizing experiences, generating transferable knowledge and strengthening the link between the academic and business sectors.
In IBERO4JOBS, this collaboration is materialized through a two-way strategic alliance between four key actors: Universities and Students: Generating knowledge and talent. Companies and Governments: Creating opportunities and frameworks for action. We guarantee an environment of trust and respect that enriches collective learning and strengthens the social and communicative skills of all participants.
OBJECTIVE
Promote articulated work that fosters a mutual learning ecosystem connecting academia and the global working world, fostering innovation through knowledge creation and skills development."
